Okay, so I haven't kept this up very well! I won't say that I will try to do better, but..... oh well! I don't know why I am continually amazed by what God does! Why am I so surprised when He works everything out? I read a prayer recently that went like this: "Help me to understand that the amount of faith I possess will greatly afftect the freedom and confidence with which I approach you." WOW! I am so surprised when God shows up after I have asked Him to because of my lack of faith in the first place! My prayer today is simply "God help me to have faith that if I seek you, you will always show up!"
Jeremiah 31:25 " I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint."

Change
Our women's group is currently doing a study of Daniel by Beth Moore. It is awesome! That is the only word I can use to describe it! God is teaching me so much through it. Some of which I really don't like but .... that is the way it is supposed to be isn't it? If we are going to allow God to change us. One of the points that Beth brought out in our last session was the fact that when Daniel was thrown in the den with those lions that there was a huge stone set over it to seal it off "so that his circumstances could not be changed". HA! Like a stone would stop God! Remember another incident where there was a stone? It did not stop God either! She brought out the point that God can change anything. The key is are we willing to let Him change it? Are we open to change? Change is hard for me. It don't have to be big things. I don't even like small changes! Especially when I am the one who has to change! I am working on this! I don't know about you but I need some change!

Try It Again
Hey! Well I have just added this blog to my website so I guess I will need to try to keep up with it! I will definitely try! Thank you Amy for letting me photograph Savannah! She is so precious! Carol, I am looking forward to your wedding! You are going to be such a beautiful bride! I photographed the Hattiesburg "Senior" Prom this past week! That was fun! I can't wait to get the pictures posted so everyone can see them! The password will be "prom". I should have them upload by Monday or Tuesday.
I hope that all of you mom's have a great mother's day! I am so blessed to have such wonderful children! God is so amazing! (a little comical too!)

- I have been married to the same wonderful man for 26 years. He is my best friend! I have 3 beautiful kids. Whitney is 23. She is the most beautiful child a mother could ask for both inside and out. I am so proud of the strong christian woman that she has become. She is married to Orry Thomas. God truly answered the prayers that I had prayed from before she was born. I could not have asked for a better mate for her, but wait I did and God provided! They are expecting my first grandchild in December! A GIRL! Presley Grace Thomas - I can't wait! Luke and Trey are my 14 year old twin boys. They are truly a mother's heart! However, they do keep my prayer life strong! My husband said he prayed for patience and God gave him twins and told him to learn it! They are truly wonderful! I am totally sold out to my God! I know that every good and perfect gift comes from above. God has blessed me so much and want to live my life in such a way to give thanks and to glorify him!
